Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using DayZeroTrade (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DayZeroTrade.

Description of Service

DayZeroTrade is an AI-powered trading alert platform that provides market analysis, trade signals, and educational content focused on zero-days-to-expiration (0DTE) options trading. The Service includes trade alerts with entry, target, and stop levels, AI-generated market analysis, real-time notifications, and related features.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. By using DayZeroTrade, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Subscription & Payment

DayZeroTrade offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Trial: We may offer a trial period (e.g., 1-day trial for $1). After the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to the standard monthly plan unless you cancel before the trial period expires.
• Recurring billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Your payment method will be automatically charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increase. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
• Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your subscription.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of the period you have already paid for. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing period.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, redistribute, resell, or republish trade alerts or any content from DayZeroTrade without written permission.
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access or extract data from the platform.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or derive the algorithms or AI models used by DayZeroTrade.
• Use the Service to engage in market manipulation or any illegal trading activity.
• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple users to access a single account.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure or other users' access.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content on DayZeroTrade, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trade alerts, AI models, algorithms, software, and design, is the property of DayZeroTrade and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DAYZEROTRADE AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, TRADING LOSSES, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO DAYZEROTRADE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DayZeroTrade, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your trading activities.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions or delays in alert delivery.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
